This unique desk offers a stunning addition to any home, of the discerning home owner. It is "centre stage" to any space. Sides, front and all viewing areas are carved. Carving depicts a story of "lovers" as their faces are clearly profiled - very carefully carved. Front has four drawers well fitted so as not to obscure the total scene. This beautiful piece of furniture is in excellent condition, considering that it is over two hundred years old. Clearly this desk is "one of a kind!" I have enjoyed this beautiful piece and proudly have looked after it for over 30 years. Now it is time for me to down size. Antique dealers are welcome. $2,500.00 Firm.
