Basically just got into fighting games about 6 months ago, and have been going through diff games and styles, and i realize not a lot of my friends actually enjoy fighting games, and i can't get any practice, and going online getting wrecked isnt helping me at all, I was wondering if anyone would like to start a video games club for fighting games, all experiences of course welcome.

I'm not a CRAZY skilled player, I'm simply learning the ropes, and would like to start a group or at least meet more locals who are into fighting games. Even if you are a casual player, or just looking to learn that's fine, anyone is better than no one. Anyway the goal of this is to start a group or a gaming group that plays together once a week, I live in an apartment that has a small lobby room available for rent for 5 bux a day and was thinking everyone could just all come and we play video games for a couple hours every saturday/sunday whenever. I live less than a 1 min walk from Patterson Skytrain so getting here is quite easy enough as well. If the group gets big enough then maybe do some friendly tournaments. Lmk please:)
