Looking for a roommate! Ideal roommate would be a student or younger adult. I may also decide to rent the entire suite out and relocate, so that is also an option to the right people. Definitely can have a small dog but no cats due to allergies. Has a very spacious back yard fully fenced, shared laundry room with upstairs, full kitchen, living room, storage room, high ceilings so has a little more of a spacious feeling than most basements, and 1 bathroom with a stand-up shower. The house is close to TRU and on a bus route. I am looking for someone tidy as I am pretty clean myself and would love someone to take the extra room! Renting would be on a month to month basis. Room will be available November 1st. The rent is everything included and lanlord offers wifi in house for free. Parking is anywhere along road as the upstairs uses the driveway. A little about me:
-Will be attending school again shortly (house will normally be free).
-Have a medium sized dog (friendly with others).
-In my early 20's (22) so would prefer someone around that age.
